A Compliance Certificate is a legal document that certifies that electrical, gas, beetle, or plumbing installations in a property meet the safety standards set by South African law. It’s required when selling a property.

You will receive a detailed report outlining all issues found, along with a quotation to rectify them. Once the necessary repairs have been completed by our certified technicians, a Compliance Certificate (COC) will be issued.

Yes! Our team includes fully certified electricians, plumbers, and gas practitioners who can perform repairs and new installations in addition to inspections.

COD (Cash on Delivery) pricing is payable on the day of inspection. Attorney pricing allows payment to be processed through the property transfer and is payable on registration.
